Heat the ghee in a pan, add the vermicelli and stir on low to medium-low flame. Roast till the vermicelli turns golden brown.
Reduce the heat and slowly pour the milk in the pan. Mix very well.
Let the liquid come to boil, then add the Rainbow Condensed milk and mix well.
Add the Saffron and stir. Then add the cashews. Mix well.
Add 2 tsp of cardamom powder.
Cook the vermicelli kheer mixture for 4 to 5 minutes more, till the vermicelli gets cooked and the milk thickens. When the vermicelli has softened and is cooked well, the kheer will also thicken and look creamy.
Serve the vermicelli kheer hot, warm or chilled.
