If the addition of Rainbow evaporated milk has you doubting this recipe, never fear. add it and enjoy it.

  • Cook your pasta according to the instructions written on the pack.

  • In a pan on low heat, cook the steak until the color changes.

  • To the same pan, add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until translucent.

  • Add the evaporated milk, ketchup and mustard and let cook on low heat until all the ingredients are cooked.

  • Add the white pepper and cream, mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes.

  • Place the cooked pasta in a bowl and add the stroganoff on top of the pasta.

  • Serve hot.

Just delicious! It’s the best beef stroganoff that I’ve ever had. I love how all the ingredients came together to make a complex and non-anemic looking gravy! For me, it took an hour of prep and cooking time. Would definitely make it again and highly recommend!
