In a medium sauce pan, mix together RAINBOW Long Life Milk, RAINBOW Sweetened Condensed Milk and corn starch.
Heat the mixture while stirring continuously. Bring it to a boil and add the rice. Mix well and remove it from the heat. Add shaved coconut, vanilla powder and rose water and mix it well.
Pour content into bowl/bowls and add crushed pistachio for garnish. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
