  • Mix the Konafa dough with the butter, then place in circular discs and fry in oil until golden.

  • Drain from oil and set aside.

  • Mix Rainbow Cream in a bowl with rose water.

  • Place the Cream on the top of one piece of konafa disc then cover with another one.

  • Drizzle with sugar syrup and decorate with cream and pistachios.
