  • Add evaporated milk and season with salt.

  • Keep mixing until it boils.

  • Melt butter in a pan on medium heat then add garlic.

  • Fry the onion in the same pan then add the dried tomatoes, cream mixture and season with salt and black pepper.

  • Add the spinach and mix well.

  • Add the parmesan cheese when boiling and mix until the cheese melts.

  • Add the shrimps, Italian seasonings, and parsley. Mix well and serve.
