Easy Chocolate Pudding makes for a quick sweet treat or an elegant dessert with Rainbow Thick Cream

  • Whisk together all the ingredients (Rainbow Thick Cream, Rainbow Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk, Corn flour and Rainbow Sweetened Condensed Milk) in a bowl until smooth.

  • Pour the batter into a 250ml sized dessert glass/bowl.

  • Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Cool for an hour, Garnish with chocolate cream, cherries and mint.

  • Serve at room temperature for a soft pudding.
