Whisk together all the ingredients (Rainbow Thick Cream, Rainbow Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk, Corn flour and Rainbow Sweetened Condensed Milk) in a bowl until smooth.
Pour the batter into a 250ml sized dessert glass/bowl.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool for an hour, Garnish with chocolate cream, cherries and mint.
Serve at room temperature for a soft pudding.
