Sweet Pasta with
Rainbow Evaporated Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Rainbow Evaporated Milk (410g)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • Cinnamon or saffron
  • ½ cup raisins
  • To garnish: 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Preparation:

  • Sauté the pasta with butter until golden
  • Add water and Rainbow Evaporated Milk along with the sugar and saffron and cook over medium low heat until pasta is cooked
  • Add raisins 2 minutes before removing from heat
  • Transfer to bowls and refrigerate until serving
  • Garnish with coconut and walnuts and serve
